Sunday, December 12, at Des Etrangers Hotel & Spa in Syracuse, chef Gianluca Costanzo submitted its recipes accompanied by champagne Steinbruck, Paul Louis Martin, Vielle France.
The evening, which was held at the Roof Garden Restaurant at the prestigious 5-star hotels of the Group Acqua Marcia of Francesco Caltagirone Bellavista , is the third event of this kind.
The first was held at Villa Igiea of Palermo, and the second to San Domenico Palace Taormina .
Costanzo, with his colleague Massimo Mantarro chef Principe Cerami of the San Domenico Palace Hotel, awarded by Gambero Rosso, emerging as the best chef 2011, is pursuing a project to develop and promote traditional Sicilian cuisine. A student of Pierangelini, Costanzo is a native of Avola, after a career that took him in different regions of Italy and abroad (in Paris and London the most significant), decided to return to his land and to add a personal touch to one of the most interesting culinary traditions of our country.
